Moira offers insight and guidance on some of the key issues facing small-cap companies.

Moira joined fellow panelists Peter Holt, CEO of The Joint Chiropractic, and David Scher, Founder of Small-Cap Institute, at Nasdaq and Small-Cap Institute, Inc.'s 2nd Annual Small-Cap Forum for their discussion, A Shift to Value: Restoring Shareholder Confidence following Valuation Retracement.

2022 presented a unique set of challenges to issuers, with an uptick in volatility amidst growing inflation, tightening liquidity conditions, aggressive monetary policy from the Fed, and global geopolitical risk—among other factors. Small and micro-cap companies are often disproportionately affected by these market conditions and faced with mounting pressure from shareholders. Peter, David, and Moira discussed best practices and offered thoughtful and actionable advice for improving communication and restoring shareholder confidence following valuation retracement.

A short video highlighting a portion of the discussion is included below.
