Most recently Will was with ICR where he advised C-Suite executives across gaming & leisure, online gaming, real estate, and financial services sectors through critical business phases including IPOs, SPACs, M&A transactions, and crisis management.

Will’s expertise spans all facets of investor relations, from financial modeling and market intelligence to stakeholder engagement and executive communications. He has led IR initiatives for high-profile public markets debuts and successfully transformed shareholder bases, leading robust targeting and marketing programs.
