With over 25 years of experience, Lisa is a strategic and collaborative senior investor relations executive with a successful track record in developing and implementing effective investor relations programs. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Board of Directors on issues related to valuation and corporate reputation. 

Lisa’s expertise includes messaging, advice and counsel, M&A, financings, activist situations, materials development, and Wall Street outreach. With a background that integrates finance and communications, Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her in-house and agency roles. 

Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Lisa was Head of North American Investor Relations for ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT), a leading integrated steel and mining company, Director of Investor Relations for Andrew Corporation (Nasdaq: ANDW) and an IR Consultant at Financial Relations Board. Lisa began her career in institutional sales in equity and fixed income securities at Citicorp, PaineWebber, and Oppenheimer.
