John has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, and investment management. He works with clients on quarterly earnings communications, corporate positioning and messaging, transactions (IPOs, SPACs, M&A), valuations and financial analysis, investor presentations, and buy- and sell-side engagement strategies.  

Prior to joining Financial Profiles, John was a Vice President at ICR, a research analyst on both the buy- and sell-side and oversaw investor relations activities for Tribune Company. Before working in the investment arena, he began his career as an aide to a United States Senator and a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. 

EDUCATION

• John received a BA in government from Colby College, and an MBA in Management from George Washington University.
