With more than a decade of corporate finance and agency investor relations experience, Jeremy is an experienced strategic communications professional. Over his career, he has partnered with executive leadership and investor relations teams to provide strategic counsel, execute successful investor relations programs and support event-driven communications such as IPOs, M&A transactions and bankruptcies.

Jeremy has specialized expertise in corporate positioning and messaging, valuation and competitor analysis, investor and analyst targeting strategies and shareholder engagement. He also supports agency clients with quarterly earnings communications, investor presentations, IR websites, and investor days, ensuring companies deliver clear and consistent messaging to the market. His ability to build strong relationships with clients, investors, and analysts has made him a trusted advisor across industries, including financial services, industrials, technology, and healthcare.

At Financial Profiles, Jeremy leads investor relations programs for key clients and plays an active role in advancing firm’s strategic initiatives. He is also a member of NIRI’s Chicago chapter.

Prior to joining Financial Profiles, Jeremy was a Managing Director in Riveron’s Strategic Communications and ESG practice. He began his career as a financial analyst at Eaton Corporation, a global power management company.
