Meghan O’Leary is a strategic communications and investor relations advisor with more than 25 years of experience helping companies communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose. She counsels executive teams and boards on investor relations, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement as well as through pivotal events such as capital markets transactions, corporate transitions, and periods of growth or crisis.

Meghan spent more than two decades at SVB Financial Group, where she built and led the company’s investor relations function and guided communications through significant growth and complex, high-stakes situations.

Earlier in her career, Meghan held communications and marketing leadership roles at Brience and Citigate Cunningham. She also served as board president and a member of the board of directors for the Silicon Valley chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and currently serves on the Advisory Council of Diligence Capital Management.

EDUCATION
Meghan received a BA in English Literature from Smith College.
