Utilizing her 15 years in public relations and human resources specifically for communications firms, Lacey works on full life cycle recruiting, training, employee relations and performance management. She works closely with the agency leadership to align the culture and people with business objectives. 

As a results-driven people leader, Lacey provides ongoing HR support with an eye on retention and productivity.
