Investor relations support for a newly public growing community bank 

Engaged to support a $3 billion community bank in Illinois at the time of its IPO and provided outsourced investor relations support during the company’s growth to nearly $8 billion in total assets.

• Assisted in putting investor relations infrastructure in place including the developing investor relations website, policies and procedures, and training.
• Developed templates for quarterly earnings communication - earnings release, earnings call script and investor presentation.
• Drafted all quarterly earnings materials and prepared management for Q&A.  
• Developed new slides for investor presentation to communicate strategic initiatives and reflect best practices in disclosure as economic and interest rate cycles evolve.
• Provided communications support for multiple M&A transactions.
• Developed an institutional target list consisting of desirable shareholders to guide Wall Street marketing efforts.
  Provided quarterly analysis of changes in institutional shareholder base.
